About Us

The civilian department is one of the most important departments in the community. It is designed to add action, excitement, and realism to the world of GTA Online. We strive to provide the members from all the departments within OSRP with the most realistic scenarios as well as the most entertaining. All of our emergency service personnel are expertly trained to handle almost every realistic event we can think up. All the way from minor traffic infractions to natural disasters.

Civilian Ranking

Civilian L1: This rank is given to new civilians within the community. These civilians are very limited to what they can do within RP.

Civilian L2: This rank is given to members that showed enough maturity in RP. 

​

Pursuit, Robbery

​

Civilian L3: A Civilian Class L3 is a member who has attended several role-play events and demonstrated maturity, creativity, as well as the ability to follow directions. This person was evaluated by the community command staff and promoted to Civilian L3

Pursuit, Robbery, Hostage, Assault on Civilians

​

Civilian L4: This rank is given to those who have shown exceptional knowledge of the expectations, an impressive level of maturity, as well as follows all rules set by the community command staff. 

 

Pursuit, Robbery, Shooting, Hostage, Assaulting Officers, Assaulting Civilians

 

Civilian L5: This rank is given to those who have performed above and beyond all expectations and were considered by the community command staff for a promotion to Civilian L5.
